Webster, Our Remarkable Goose

Honk! Honk! 

I could hear the children’s voices as they walked along my fence to school. With my gorgeous wings stretched out, I would rush to greet them. They laughed and talked to me. “Webster, Webster! We love you, Webster.” From my entrance into the world as a fuzzy green ball of down, to my years as a beautiful goose, it seemed my entire purpose in life was to make all kinds of people smile and feel happy.

My story is layered, just like my feathers, with softness, strength, joy, sadness, and the life lessons of resilience, devotion, patience, and love for humans and creatures.
